Bracket Debates:
You will be debating which event leading up to the Civil War was the most significant.
Each round you will have to use different evidence (don't just repeat the same things) and you will need to take into consideration the fact the opposing team and their position.

1. Pick one partner.
2. You can choose either your topic or theirs.
3. Research your topic more. Research the other teams topic.
4. Both teams will have one minute to present their arguments.
5. Winners of round 1 will be decided by Ms. Schmoldt
6. You will advance in the bracket as you win round.
